The Port Cerulean Police Department (PCPD) is responsible for law enforcement and public safety across all city districts. The department is led by Chief D. Arnett and serves the city's 243,000 residents through community policing, neighborhood patrols, and dedicated precinct operations. The PCPD recently expanded its force with the addition of 40 new officers, funded by a community policing grant secured by Mayor Hollings' office. New officers are deployed to downtown beats and the Docks precinct beginning October 15th.
